PROPOSAL
ASSURED RETURN ON INVESTMENT PLAN.
1) Membership worth Rs. 25,00,000/-
2) Lock in period 3 years, After that, renewal of Membership is possible with both parties concerned.in case of redemption of Membership, 3 months prior intimation is required in writing.
3) After 3 years, Membership will be worth 31,75,000/-
4) For Assurance, will give, PDC of Same Amount
5) An MOU draft will be provided on confirmation.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

1) Members will get a 15% discount on food bills
2) Members will get yearly 25 deluxe rooms worth Rs.5000/- each. 1 room on signing the contract, And every Month 2 rooms till 3 years.

“One-time Entry” tickets for a day picnic worth Rs.600/-each on signing the contract, And 15 tickets every month for Three years
T&C:
- GST is applicable as per government law at the time of availing the room.
- If a member does not use rooms/picnic Tickets during the month, it will laps
- They can gift this to near and dear ones.
ON THE SPOT BENEFITS.
- If the Member pulls another Membership, will give him a Thank you Reward” of Rs 25,000/-
- If a Member pulls any kind of business to property, will give them an Appreciation Award” worth 5% of the bill amount.
- 20% discount for own family Events. (blood relation only)
