At Serene Cottage, we are dedicated to providing a memorable and comfortable stay for all our guests. However, given our unique natural setting, certain conditions may arise that are beyond our control. Please read the following disclaimer carefully to ensure you are fully informed before booking your stay:

Television Service:
We offer Tata Sky TV packages for your entertainment. However, because of our location in a natural environment, there may be occasional disruptions in service caused by wildlife such as monkeys or insects. These creatures may interfere with the TV line, leading to temporary service interruptions. Due to our remote location, immediate repairs may not always be possible. We ask for your understanding and preparedness for such potential issues during your stay.

Natural Environment and Wildlife:
While we take the utmost care in cleaning our rooms and common areas, our resort is situated amidst farmland and natural surroundings. As such, you may encounter various forms of wildlife, including but not limited to lizards, frogs, ants (both small and large), spiders, chameleons, snakes, mice, cockroaches, and other insects. We do our best to minimize their presence, but it is part of the natural experience we offer. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you encounter these creatures during your stay, as they are inherent to the environment of Serene Cottage.

Power Supply:
We have a diesel generator as a backup power source to support the main supply from the Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB). However, there may be instances when the generator is not operational. In such cases, we will inform you in advance. If there is a power outage from GEB, we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue. Power outages can occasionally occur in rural areas, and we strive to manage them as efficiently as possible.

Refund Policy:
In the event of any of the aforementioned situations – television service interruptions, encounters with wildlife, or power outages – we regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds for the package value. We apologize in advance in case of any inconvenience caused due to the same. We aim to be as transparent as possible about them to ensure you have a clear understanding before your arrival.
